A New York man who was accused of stealing a car crashed on I-95 during a chase Saturday, police said. Steven Rodas, 24, of Port Chester, was not injured, police said.

Steven Rodas, 24, of Port Chester in Westchester County was not injured. He was charged with engaging police in pursuit, failure to have lights illuminated, first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree larceny.
