The Port Chester police arrested 36-year-old Luis Mora, of Port Chester, for third degree assault, a misdemeanor on Aug. 25 at 8 p.m. Mora allegedly attacked a 23-year-old acquaintance at his home on Bush Avenue earlier that evening over a dispute about money, police said.
