According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, Espinoza was part of a marijuana trafficking conspiracy from March 2007 to April 2010, when hundreds of pounds of marijuana was shipped from Tucson, Arizona to Cleveland, Philadelphia, Rochester and Port Chester, N.Y.
