Port Chester candidates challenge property valuations

Port Chester commercial landlords Neil Pagano and his cousin, Bart Didden, are running in Tuesday's village election on a slate called "Standing up for Port Chester Taxpayers." Their stand includes a pledge to expand the village's commercial tax base.
