Report: Port Chester Man in Fatal Head-On Crash on Saw Mill River Road

John J. Nethercott, 50, of Port Chester was killed Sunday night when his car slammed into another vehicle on Saw Mill River Road in Yonkers while Nethercott was traveling in the wrong direction, reports The Journal News .
