A 30-year-old Port Chester man was reportedly hospitalized in serious but stable condition after he was struck by lightning while fishing Saturday at Cove Island Park in Stamford, according to the Connecticut Post . The man, whose name was not immediately disclosed, was knocked unconscious and suffered burns to his stomach and groin area after his fishing pole was struck by lightning during Saturday's storm, writes the Post.
