Port Chester Man Faces Charges Following Greenwich Teen's Heroin Overdose

The Port Chester man is one of two suspects charged following a joint investigation between Port Chester and Greenwich Police. Greenwich Police say the arrest last week of a suspect on conspiracy at the sale of narcotics charge is the second arrest that stems from the heroin overdose of a Greenwich youth.
