30 drove drunk or drugged, troopers say

A Rockland County man who drove into a stopped state police cruiser and a Port Chester woman who drove drunk with a child in her car were among 30 motorists charged with drunken or drugged driving after recent traffic stops and investigations in the Lower Hudson Valley, state police said.
