Port Chester Man Charged with Disorderly Conduct as Crews Try to Clear Snow

A 36-year-old Port Chester man was charged with disorderly conduct Tuesday when he refused to get out of the roadway in downtown Port Chester as a village DPW crew was trying to clear piles of snow, according to Port Chester police.
