Storms topple trees, wires; 1,800 without power; forecast

More than 1,800 Consolidated Edison customers, mostly in Dobbs Ferry, Ossining, Ardsley and Port Chester were without power Monday morning after storms Sunday night brought down trees and wires, police said.
