Real Goods Solar agrees to buy Mercury

Real Goods Solar Inc. in Louisville has signed an agreement to acquire Port Chester, New York-based Mercury Energy Inc., doing business as Mercury Solar Systems Inc., in a stock deal valued at approximately $18.4 million.
