Joseph William Jacobs, Sr., Former Port Chester Resident

Jacobs was born Dec. 17, 1942, in Hornell, N.Y., son of Harry and Mary Jacobs. He was a member of the Port Chester Police Department for 36 years and retired as a lieutenant.
