Rye police have arrested three people in connection with using counterfeit $100 bills to make purchases in the City of Rye as well as in Rye Brook and Port Chester. Rye merchants told the Daily Voice that police are encouraging local shop owners to file police reports to help build a broader criminal case against the trio.
