The following is the press release from Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore concerning the indictment of Jahkim McGhee in connection with the home invasion and murder of Anthony Guglielmo in 2011: Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore announced that a four count indictment was unsealed today against Jahkim McGhee of 544 Locust Avenue, Port Chester, New York charging him with: On Sunday September 11th, 2011 at approximately 5:30am Port Chester police receive a 911 call of a Burglary in progress at 235 Mortimer Street with a person stabbed. The call was made by victim's then 14 year-old daughter, Nicole Guglielmo, who stated that her father had been stabbed by the intruder.
