Police Identify Teenagers Involved In Fatal Car Accident In Port Chester

Police released the names Saturday of the teenagers involved in a fatal car accident near Port Chester High School Friday afternoon. The driver of the Ford died at the scene and is identified as Joseph M. Touri, 18, of Rye Brook, police said.
