Residents of Westchester County will have to really bundle up over the next few days with bitter cold moving through the area and strong winds that could drop wind chills near the single digits overnight, according to the National Weather Service. Wednesday will be slightly colder with highs only around 29 and wind chills making it feel between 10 and 20 degrees.
