PORT CHESTER, N.Y. The 16-year-old passenger involved in a fatal car crash near Port Chester High School on Nov. 21 remains at Westchester Medical Center, Lohud.com reports. According to the report, Pineda's mother told a classmate of Pineda's that her daughter is able to talk, but doesn't remember what happened.
