New York State Police charged a Port Chester man with unlawfully collecting unemployment benefits on Thursday, Nov. 20, officials said. Osvaldo Lopez, 33, was charged with third-degree grand larceny and first-degree offering a false instrument for filing after allegedly collecting more than $7,000 of unemployment benefits between July and November 2012.
