The Rye YMCA's Togetherhood Committee is currently collecting new and gently used fall/winter clothing for babies, children and teens up to age 17. The clothing, which may be dropped off in the Rye Y's lobby through Wednesday, Nov. 12, will be delivered to The Sharing Shelf, a Port Chester based program of Family Services of Westchester. On Saturday, Nov. 22, Togetherhood volunteers will spend the morning at The Sharing Shelf sorting, organizing and packaging clothing that will be distributed free of charge to local families in need.
