White Plains Firefighter Charged with DWI in Crash that Killed Port Chester Woman

A 47-year-old Port Chester woman was killed, and her husband seriously injured, in an early morning accident Monday in White Plains where an off-duty firefighter was driving the wrong way, according to a report in The Journal News .
