The Port Chester and Rye Branch of the NAACP, clergy and other concerned residents of Port Chester and Rye are hosting a peaceful rally to coincide with the March on Washington on Dec. 13 at 2 p.m. In a press release, the NAACP announced, "Many residents feel frustrated with recent events that give rise to the perception that justice is not evenly distributed. This will be an opportunity for residents to show solidarity in a peaceful manner."
