Road Work Causing Delays Monday On I-95 In New Rochelle

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. Road work was causing delays on I-95 in New Rochelle and Port Chester Monday afternoon. Two lanes were blocked on the north side of I-95, near mile marker 3.4, near Port Chester and New Rochelle at around 4 p.m. Traffic was delayed to the New York City line and Exit 21, I-287.
