Emelia 'Millie' Mitchell, 83, Of Port Chester

PORT CHESTER, N.Y. Emelia F. Mitchell , 83, wife of the late Thomas Mitchell, died Sunday, Jan. 25. Born Feb. 9, 1931, in County Cavan, Ireland, she immigrated to the U.S. in 1952 with her sister, the late Mary Jane Smith, and eventually settled in Port Chester. She worked as a private nurse's aide to families in Greenwich, Conn., and Rye.
