N.Y. Man Arrested In Greenwich After Theft, Chase, Police Say

Steven Rodas, 24, of Port Chester in Westchester County was not injured. He was charged with engaging police in pursuit, failure to have lights illuminated, first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree larceny.
