PORT CHESTER, N.Y. John H. Byington, a lifelong resident of Port Chester, died Saturday, Feb. 21. He was 85. Byington is survived by his wife, Irene Byington; son, John and wife Laurie; daughte,r Lorraine Jankowski and husband Michael; brother, Walter; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
