Cops: Man charged after scuffle with restaurant workers

A man from Port Chester, N.Y., faces charges stemming from an incident last Friday at a Railroad Place restaurant. Police responded to the restaurant -- not identified by police -- just before 11 p.m. Friday to investigate the report of a disturbance.
