Former Mayor Dennis Pilla Wednesday night defeated his opponent Gene Ceccarelli to win back his old job , according to an unofficial vote tally by News 12 Westchester . Less than 100 votes separated the two, with Democrat Pilla garnering 1,213 votes, or 52 percent, to Republican Ceccarelli's 1,115, or 48 percent.
