Today is Election Day in Port Chester, where Democrat and former Mayor Dennis Pilla is facing off against Republican Trustee Gene Ceccarelli for the village's top elected office. Pilla also is running under the banner the newly formed No Municipal Center party line, while Ceccarelli also appears on the Conservative and Independence lines.
