Leo Tigano, 92, Lifelong Port Chester Resident, WWII Veteran

Tigano was born Oct. 24, 1921 to Angelo and Mildred Celestino. He graduated from Port Chester High School in 1940, and served in the United States Army during World War II from 1942 to 1946.
